Will be chartering a bus to leave from Fort Wayne

Depart: 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 16, Return: at end of conference on Saturday, September 19
Cost: $100 per person – $50 non-refundable down payment due at time of registration. Registration deadline is August 12, 2009. If we do not have 20-25 people, the bus portion of the trip may be cancelled. In that case, the down payment will be refunded.
Each attendee is responsible for his/her conference registration, hotel and any other miscellaneous costs, including food.
